Rosaly is the President and Attorney of Chaviano Law Firm, P.A. She represents clients in business and family immigration law, removal proceedings, consular processing, and naturalization.
Rosaly nació en Santa Clara, Cuba. Llegó a Estados Unidos mediante el Programa de Visas de Diversidad. Obtuvo su licenciatura en Justicia Criminal y Psicología en Florida International University (FIU), y posteriormente obtuvo su Juris Doctor en FIU College of Law.
Durante sus estudios en FIU College of Law, Rosaly recibió el Faculty Recognition Award, el Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic Excellence in Service Award y el Pro Bono Service Award.
Su formación jurídica incluyó experiencia tanto desde la perspectiva de la defensa como desde el lado gubernamental del sistema migratorio.

Rosaly was born in Santa Clara, Cuba. She came to the United States through the Diversity Visa Lottery. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Florida International University (FIU), and later earned her Juris Doctor from FIU College of Law.
While at FIU College of Law, Rosaly received the Faculty Recognition Award, the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic Excellence in Service Award, and the Pro Bono Service Award.
Her legal training included experience on both the advocacy and government sides of the immigration system.
While attending law school, Rosaly interned with Catholic Legal Services and the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where she represented detained and non-detained clients in immigration court proceedings, conducted legal research, and drafted briefs and motions.
She also interned with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) at the Krome Detention Center, assisting trial attorneys during master calendar and individual hearings and conducting legal research and motion practice.
Rosaly has practiced immigration law for more than seven years. Before founding Chaviano Law Firm, P.A., she worked for more than three years as an Associate Attorney at Fonte Friz-García Immigration, where she represented clients in business and family immigration matters.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she serves as a board member, Chair of the CBP Border Patrol Committee, and Chair of the Luncheons Committee. She also volunteers as a member of the New Members Division Committee.
In addition, Rosaly is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA).
